SHIPPING

All in stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. If an item you order is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible. Shortly after your order is prepared for shipping you will be notified via e-mail with a USPS tracking number.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR BROKEN ITEMS IN SHIPPING. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. WE SHIP USPS AND ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED UP TO $100. YOU MUST SUBMIT A CLAIM TO UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE DIRECTLY. IN PERSON OR ONLINE. THE USPS WILL REFUND UP TO $100 PLUS THE COST OF SHIPPING.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES ONCE THEY LEAVE THE UNITED STATES. YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR COUNTRIES MAIL SERVICE.


RETURNS

Holiday 2024 Return Policy: Regular priced items can be returned or exchanged; new and with tags, no later than Thursday January 4th, 2024. Any items purchased on sale are not returnable. 

Our policy lasts 10 days for in store purchases and web orders. After 10 days, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange or store credit.

We do not provide return or exchange shipping labels. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns can only be issues in the same manor as they were purchased & minus the charge for the original shipping.
