Refund policy

• All items are final sale except full priced clothing & shoes. 
• All items purchased during a flash sale are final sale. 
• All sale items are final sale. No exchanges. No returns. No store credits. 

We do not allow order cancellations. 

If you are not satisfied with your clothing or shoe purchase for any reason, you may return it postmarked within 10 days of receipt. After 10 days we will not accept a return or exchange. No store credits. 

If you receive a damaged item, you must report this issue to us immediately upon delivery. After 3 business days upon receiving the item and you fail to contact us, we are not responsible.

New tagged & unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for, minus the original shipping charge. All orders are subject to inspection before issuing a refund.

All online purchases are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
